Ideally situated at the heart of the business district and close to the airport and city centre, Luxexpo hosts conferences, congresses, seminars and meetings in flexible spaces that are adaptable to suit your needs.

With over 1,000 m² of meeting and conference rooms and a multi-function room of 1,800 m², take the opportunity to  organise your project in an adaptable, friendly and functional setting.

Trade fairs & exhibitions

 

The central location, easy access, infrastructure and services offered by Luxexpo all combine to make it THE exhibition centre for trade shows and exhibitions in the Greater Luxembourg Region.

With six exhibition halls, one multi-function hall and a covered area of 34,000 m² with two main entrances (North and South), we are the leading exhibition centre in the Greater Region. Our halls are ideal for hosting your trade fairs and exhibitions, and are arranged around exhibition, hospitality (bar/restaurant), services (cloakrooms) and parking areas. 

A dedicated contact person and permanent technical team ensure the quality of the services we offer. 

With an experience of 60 years in organising trade fairs and exhibitions, we are at your disposal to help you organise your show to your requirements: providing and fitting out spaces, drawing up plans, managing your exhibitors etc. 

Our catalogue includes a range of specialist equipment for organising your trade show or exhibition: stand structure, carpeting, furniture, signage etc.

Banquets & receptions

Luxexpo is a public area, a genuine communications platform reflecting changes in society. It is also an ongoing source of news for all professionals in the media sector wishing to bring new information to the attention of the public.

In conjunction with our own events, we offer our various audiences a wide range of gatherings, trade fairs, congresses and seminars coordinated by independent organisations. 

All the information and documentation relating to events taking place in our centre (dates, theme, organiser, website, press kits and press releases etc.) are available in the dedicated file for each event, in the Events section. Photos can be viewed in the Photos section.

Our communications service is also available for other requests or interviews with Luxexpo management.

 

Mission

 

A platform for meetings and promotion, working for business, the mission of Luxexpo is to be the shop window of the economy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the surrounding Greater Region. 

As such, it falls to us: 

  • to be an efficient, attractive information platform, available to serve local and regional communities
  • to operate as a tool to foster economic dialogue, provide visibility for those involved in the economy and generate flourishing peripheral activity in the city and the Grand Duchy

The concept of services relates to equipment issues. Providing specialised equipment, managing suppliers and ensuring a quality service suited to each project is an integral part of our business.

The concept of organisation reflects our historic activity: producing our own events and scoping, structuring, arranging, dividing, articulating, developing … our trade shows and exhibitions.

Underlying our entire approach, the concept of "visitor experience" is the basis upon which we work with our clients and partners to effectively manage the projects organised in our spaces.

Within the framework of an event-related project, we believe that an overall understanding of the experience of its visitors is vital for success. 

This is the context in which we apply the concept of "visitor experience":  the set of stages by which a visitor accesses a place at a precise moment for purposes of recreation, tourism or consumption. 

Accessibility, accommodation capacity and quality, visitor comfort and architecture are major operational factors that we have identified as influencing the visitor experience in our sector. 

This is the basis on which we work with our clients and partners.

 
 

Infrastructures

 

34,000 m2 of flexible, adaptable interior spaces, a restaurant that can be used for private banquets and receptions and a usable outdoor area of over 45,000m2: Luxexpo’s infrastructure caters for all types of events. 

Our infrastructure consists of six multi-dimensional halls and one multi-function hall, a conference centre comprising: a multi-function room, a conference room, a banqueting room, meeting rooms, a forum and a restaurant.

These spaces can be adapted to the technical and organisational requirements of your projects and contain various facilities such as translation booths, electricity and water supply, general WiFi access, audiovisual equipment, modular stages etc.

Where to sleep ?

 

Located on the Kirchberg, the heart of the financial and business district of the city of Luxembourg, and within a stone’s throw of the European institutions, Luxexpo is 7 km from the airport and 2 km from the city centre away. There are many types of accommodation available for its clients. 

As a convention destination, the city of Luxembourg offers a wide range of accommodation in highly modern facilities. The city hotels, from simple guest houses to luxury hotels with swimming pools and piano bars, will satisfy the requirements of each and every one.

Where to eat ?

 

The Reimerwee is a quality conscious traditional restaurant that caters for a clientele of regulars from the finance district and nearby businesses on weekdays whilst also being available to visitors, exhibitors and organisers during event periods. 

Our restaurant is located on the First Floor of our main building and offers a comprehensive menu of French, Luxembourgish and Italian cuisine. With its contemporary furniture and light-filled room, the Reimerwee restaurant offers dining indoors or on the terrace.
A reception room in which to hold private banquets is also at your disposal. 

During your visit, please come and enjoy the Menu du Jour with a buffet or our A la Carte suggestions. 

When trade shows or exhibitions are in progress, the Reimerwee restaurant is also open on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 pm, enabling you to eat on site without having to leave the premises.
