Visa procedure for exhibitorsIn compliance with the admission procedures pertaining to nationals from countries requiring a visa to enter our country, the Chamber of Commerce from your country must certify the information provided on your statement of participation and it must then be further attested by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs before you may send it to us. We cannot accept your registration to the trade show without those certificates.
As soon as your registration will be definitely accepted, an invoice for the leased stand will be sent to you and it must be settled in full without delay.
Once your payment will be registered, a confirmation will be sent to you and our Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be notified in order for the requested visas to be sent within a reasonable amount of time (6- 8 weeks). Our country officials will not deliver any visas without the express confirmation of a leased stand to your company.
The number of delivered visas is generally limited to 2 per stand, with a minimum size of 12m². In addition, we would request that you send us copies of passports from the persons applying for the visas with the following information: names, birthday, passport number, issuance date, and expiration date.
