Organization

There are about thirty people in the Luxexpo team.  The team is organized into a matrix organization around 3 strategic fields of action: events organized directly by Luxexpo, events organized third-party organizers, and conference rooms and hall rental.

 

Decisions pertaining to strategy are made by the general management, while operational strategy is provided by the operations management and the events department. The finance and administrative department, the technical department as well as the marketing and communication department all provide support to the two operational services and to the general management.

 

Qualified temporary personnel regularly supplement the team in order to respond to peak activity periods that are specific to our activity sector.

 

The purpose of this organization is to provide the best possible service to customers, without compromising on productivity or on economic performance in strategic actions of each area.
