Decisions pertaining to strategy are made by the general management, while operational strategy is provided by the operations management and the events department. The finance and administrative department, the technical department as well as the marketing and communication department all provide support to the two operational services and to the general management.
Qualified temporary personnel regularly supplement the team in order to respond to peak activity periods that are specific to our activity sector.
